The Concrete Alley and the Cemetery Lanes are both promotional venues. The tournaments in Bonus mode for these lanes are only available during special promotional periods. For Concrete Alley, this is usually around August to celebrate Concrete Software's company anniversary, and for Cemetery Lanes, this is usually in October to celebrate Halloween. You would need to wait for those promotional periods to be able to play them.
