The ads in the game are provided by third party ad networks, so Concrete Software doesn't control who sees which ads or how the ads are formatted. However, if you see a problematic ad (whether it be an ad you can't close, with inappropriate/explicit content, or otherwise doesn't work properly) we can work to block that specific ad. For us to look into that ad and potentially block it from appearing in the game, we'd need a couple of things.
- A message sent from the game's help button (located in the headset section of the game's settings) shortly after having seen the problem ad.
- A screenshot of the ad showing the name of the product or service being advertised.
If you're playing on Apple, you'll need to make sure Ad Tracking is turned on for the game in your device's settings before sending a message. To locate this:
- Open your device's main settings app.
- Tap on PGA Tour settings in your app list.
- Make sure "Allow Tracking" is turned on.
Please note that we can only work to block individual ads, so if you're seeing problems with a wide variety of ads, us blocking ads one at a time won't do much to help. In these cases, you can use the game's help button to report the issue you're seeing with as many details as possible to help our team investigate the issue. Please note it may also take a while for us to be able to locate and block reported ads.
